Terms and Conditions

In order to rent our Motorcycles or Scooters, must follow this terms and conditions, passport and valid motorcycle driving license, sign the rental contract, full payment and leave warranty deposit.

Age:
To rent Scooters minimum age 18 years old.
To rent Motorcycles minimum age 21 years old.

Driving license:A valid driver's license from the country of residence or an International Driver's license is required to rent our Scooters and Motorcycles.

Reservations and cancellations:
To reserve a Motorcycle must be done 2 month in advance and pay as reservation fee U$S 250. If the reservation is canceled within 30 day of rental 50% will be refund, if it is canceled within 15 days no refund will be done.
To reserve a Scooter you can do it any time and it is not necessary to pay any reservation fee.

Duration:
Sccoters: One Day Contract (24 hours) minimum. Excess hours are calculated at 1/6 of daily rate.
Motorcycles: One week ( 7 days ) minimum.

Gasoline: At Customer's charge. The Scooters and Motorcycles are given with a full gasoline tank. It is necessary to be return in the same conditions. If not. The refill of the tank will be charge.

Kilometers:
Scooters: free Km.
Motorcycles: 200Km per Day Free. Extra charge of U$S 0,18 per Each Extra kilometer.

Insurance:All contracts included with a Third Party Insurance Policy. In case of theft, the bike is paid or replaced by the Customer. ALL bikes are provided with steering lock & extra locking chain. Our Scooters and motorcycles are to be driven and use by the client ( only one person).

Warranty: In all cases a Warranty Deposit is required. Said deposit will be refund at the moment of returning the bike to Motorent in perfect conditions and within the agreed date. If the motorcycle is damaged, or not returned to our premises within the agreed date, the appropriate costs up to the full bond amount will be deducted.

Deposit:
Scooters: Warranty Deposit of U$S 500.-
Honda 250 CC: Warranty Deposit of U$S 1000.-
Honda Transalp 600CC: Warranty Deposit of U$S 1500.-
Honda Africa Twin 750CC: Warranty Deposit of U$S 2000.-

Fines:Customer is responsible for all traffic fines.

NOTES: Renting our motorcycles and riding into border countries will need a special permit ( additional Charge) and get an extra Third Party Insurance valid for those countries. Please let us know.
